Time:   Registration starts at 9 a.m.     Warm Ups for Walk starts at 10:00 a.m.

Brief Description

This is a 5k walk in support of survivors of suicide. Everyone is invited to participate. All funds raised will go toward programs that help save lives in our community.

CARES Suicide Prevention will be hosting the second annual "Survivors Stepping Out" walk at Veterans Park on Saturday, November 21, 2009.  This date is National Survivor of Suicide Day and everyone is welcomed to walk in memory of those lost to suicide.

Included in your $10 donation when registering, you will get a continental breakfast, lunch, a C.A.R.E.S. t-shirt, and water. There will be prizes for top fundraisers and top teams as well as door prize drawings. We hope you will plan on attending C.A.R.E.S. 3rd Annual Survivors Stepping Out walk on Nov. 21!

There will be an opening ceremony and a closing ceremony to honor our loved ones. Join us as we honor them on National Survivor of Suicide Day.
