Myers High School

"in-the-dash" is a 30 minute
presentation which CARES has developed to bring messages of hope to
teens and letting them know that there is a purpose for their life. We
talk about subjects that they are dealing with in their generation, i.e.
drugs, alcohol, suicide prevention and awareness, bullying, cutting,
peer pressure, etc. Our program brings a positive message to them,
letting them understand that whatever they are dealing with can be
turned around.
C.A.R.E.S. is very proud to
introduce VOX, Voice of a Generation, which consists of teens who put on
human video dramas, along with Dina Comer, motivational speaker.
Our program is free to all
schools and we want to make a difference in our community. By bringing
this program to all schools in Lee County, we know we can touch
someone's life and hopefully save one from making a terrible choice.
